Nueva Vizcaya PPO, Bayombong – 7 Top Most Wanted Person was arrested during the intensified Manhunt Charlie operation conducted by police authorities this afternoon of February 16, 2021.

Joint Intel Operatives of Bambang Police Station led by PLT MERVIN C BEADOY, under the direct supervision of the PMAJ FERDINAND R CORPUZ, ACOP, PIB, NVPPO under the supervision of PLTCOL LARRY N PINKIHAN, Chief, PIB, Nueva Vizcaya Crime Investigation and Detection Team (NVCIDT) under the supervision of PMAJ ROLANDULPH B PUGUON, Team Leader, NVCIDT, 2nd Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Mobile Force Company  under the supervision of PMAJ JUANCHO S CRISOSTOMO, Force Commander, arrested Romulo Manzano y Del Mundo a.k.a. Romy, 56 years old, married, driver and a resident of Brgy. Abinganan,  Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya who is listed Top 4 Most Wanted Person (Regional Level) and under COPLAN ROMY

Manzano was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest dated February 10, 2021 issued by Hon. Paul R. Attolba Jr. Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 30, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya for the crime of Four (4) counts of Rape and Two (2) Counts of Acts of Lascivious Conduct under Sec 5(b) of RA7610 docketed under criminal case numbers 5945-5950 with no bail recommended.

He was further informed of his constitutional rights under the Miranda doctrine and brought to Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital (NVPH), Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya for his physical examination then to Bambang Police Station for documentation prior turn over to the issuing court.
