Camp Saturnino L Dumlao, Bayombong – Joint operation conducted by police authorities led to the arrest of Cherry Mae Julian y Paguibitan, 20 years old, married and a housewife on March 24, 2021 at NVAT Compound, Brgy. Almaguer North, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.
Julian was arrested by joint Intel Operatives of CIDG NV-PFU under the supervision of PMAJ ROLANDULPH PUGUON, Chief, CIDG NV-PFU, Bambang Police Station led by PLT MERVIN C BEADOY, Deputy Chief of Police under the direct supervision of PLT LLOYD G GUILLERMO, Officer In-Charge and Provincial Intelligence Branch, NVPPO thru implementation of LOI Manhunt Charlie under Criminal Case No. 5951 for Violation of Sec 10 (a) of RA 7610 issued by Hon. Judge Paul R. Attolba, Jr. of Regional Trial Court Branch 30, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya issued on February 10, 2021 with recommended bail fixed at P 80,000.00.
Arrested person was listed as Top 8 Most Wanted in the municipality of Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. She was informed of her constitutional rights and later brought to Bambang Police Station for proper documentation prior turn over to issuing court. ###
